Since there's been movement I figure it's time to update the modest collection shot. So far this year I've sold the Rolex Explorer II, the 01, bought and sold the Memovox and bought fiver, a 210 and Al's First Edition Project Watch. Here's how it all ended up:

Great collection. So I take it you like BIG watches, eh? ;D Love those straps too. Some say I'm over-compensating for something, but they're just d!cks.

Nice John! I am partial to the middle one in the top row, but all are very nice. So is that it for a while? Too many more and you will find that you won't give them all the wrist time they deserve - at least that's what I'm finding lately......

Geez, John you've built up a nice collection! One more to go, then finis, right? I'm currently trying to sell one piece, so that the rest of the watches are amply worn. I'm sporting a safe queen now, and I don't like that. It's time to give someone else a chance to enjoy the watch!

My goal is to own four pannies... and hopefully some time next year I can achieve that goal. The last one I want will be pricey for what it is, but it's no longer in production, so....

Great collection, John! Does the Black Monster get any wrist time among all the Pannies? Best, Bill

Great collection, John! Does the Black Monster get any wrist time among all the Pannies? Best, Bill It does tend to sit as it's not a daily use watch, but it's the one I use to swim with (rather ironic since pannies are dive watches ) and do 'beater' stuff like my recent move, gardening, if I'm under the hood of the car, if I'm on my bike or at the gym.... The Monster is the one constant in my collection over the past two years and it may not get much wrist time, but he steps up when he's needed and he's not going anywhere anytime soon.
