Wow Rommel, that is an amazing collection of anchors! I wonder? Are the ones that come with the solid gold models gold as well?

Thanks, Ian Those are the only "modern" ones missing from my collection, I never really focused on them because the Gold models never really had the same following and percentage of value increase long term compared to the steel pieces. It would be neat if they were but sadly they're plated. Those gold plated anchors are sought after as well and all part of the history. Speaking of which, take a look at this (From 1987):

Rommel. I am a sucker for old Rolex ad's. I used to drool over the ones in the National Geographic back in the 70's. Steve, congratulations. is it in the mail in Spain or still where its coming from?
