Do You Really Need The Function Of Chrono Watch?

Hi, why you bought chronograph watch? Like Daytona, Speedmaster, Carrera, PO Chronograph, etc? You really need the function in daily? Or you like the complication whatsoever in chrono watches or just only like the model or history behind 'em? Can you explain your reason here? I really want to know!!! Because me like simple watch better than chrono watch!!! I really like watch that I need for everyday wear and simple. /what about yours? THANKS DUDES!!! Best Regards, TR.

I don't really need it, but a nice chrono fits into a collection rather well for me,

I have a couple. They're very functional for me. I use my Speedy to time by boys naps and how long the kids have been awake before it's time for a nap. It's very useful for me.....The history associated with it doesn't hurt either



If I didn't have a chrono, the backside wouldn't nearly be this cool

I don't, but they look real cool. Most mine have one, but I am headed a little simpler. My OM obviously isn't. And after the new year when I get my Omega, it won't either.

Just got my wife a Tag Links for Christmas (had to get her something first, make mine easier for her to accept...), and it isn't. I had showed her a few smaller faced chronos, but she don't like nor care for them.

You know, I used to use a chronograph all the time. In the "olden days" when photography required processing film and other tedious steps, all requiring getting one's hands wet, I used the chronograph when I had several things going at once. Those days are gone.

Now...I think that the most important extra complication for me is having the date. I can never remember what the date is.
