I just bought my wife a Tag Links that I have hidden until we pick up a tree to put it under.
I noticed on a previous thread someone was talking about how their wife wanted an Alpha similar to one he had just bought.
My question is, what have you bought for your wife? Let me rephrase a little bit... What watch have you ever bought your wife. Did she like it?
We were in a Tourneau shop, and I offered to buy my wife a Rolex. She not only said no about 5 times, but she wouldn't even try it on. She said I could have whatever I wanted but she didn't want one and walked out. I think she was only freaked out at the cost. I also know her well enough that saying "you can have whatever you want" is the same as her saying "you are the strongest, best looking, smartest, nicest, most powerful man I have ever known!" Although, that may be true...
I'll take your input too, amanda..

I've tried and tried to convince my wife how cool a fine watch is....She's not convinced. She'd rather have clothes and shoes Anyhow, I did get her an Invicta and also a Seiko 5. We're finding out that she's not too compatible with auto's.

I bounght my wife a Rolex DateJust Two-Tone and she loves it - but she has now kid knapped my Breitling Super Ocean Heritage - she finds the black dial easier to read and since being on holiday and on return she hasn't taken it off since - this is the 38mm version on heritage bracelet. But I bought the SOH for myself so that doesn't count Here is the pic of the DateJust:

Bought my wife an Omega Constellation Mini about 6 years ago. She love it! Bought her a DateJust a year or so ago. Bizarre as it sounds, she was allergic to the higher nickel content found in Rolex stainless steel so I had to sell it. She ended up with some nice diamond earrings instead. This Christmas, it's another Louis Vuitton purse.
