In all honesty, zero interest is a great deal even if you have the cash.
Stick the money into an interest bearing account and make the payments from that.
You'll end up with a new watch and a few extra bucks in the bank that can count as an additional small discount.

There's always a way / ethical loophole to make things work for our benefit.
