Does anyone know what flavor of tuna this is? I notice it does not say "Marinemaster"...what am I missing? I think I need this one in my life...thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.

I found the model #...finally. SBBN007 - it was discontinued and seems the SBBN015 'Marinemaster' is the update in current line My tastes just got a lot more expensive...and I have a huge soft spot for divers. This one may take a while...maybe settle for a SRP637? Yep...that's what I just did.

With all these Seiko incoming, if you saved up for a few months you could be in vintage Omega territory - although not the diver style you are buying.

I actually have a vintage Omega 'Türler' Seamaster that just needs a cleaning & new strap. I thought it wasn't running, but I just picked it up and off it went! Sorry for the crappy pic...

Nice! @archer services Omegas and at a very reasonable price. Not sure if he's worked off his backlog and is taking in new customers or not, but it's worth checking into.

Somewhat better pic. I wiped it down and wrestled off that cheapo Spidel elastoband. The case has some scratches and nicks but not too bad. The date feature isn't working but it seems to be keeping decent time. The band width measured @ 18mm and the case @ 34.5mm. This was a hand down from my dad.

With it being a family piece, I'd definitely suggest contacting Al ( Archer) to see if he is taking in new business - www.archerwatches.ca/service.html. You'll get a great service price and a 30-40 page photo log of the tear down, cleaning and reassembly, which would be great to pass on with the watch in the future.

Looks like I'll be going to a local guy - From: Archer Watches <archer.watches@sympatico.ca> Hi Brad, Thank you for the email and your interest in my services. Due to some ongoing health issues, I am currently not taking in much in the way of new work, and I won't be for quite some time. I appreciate you considering me for the work, but I think it would be best if you found someone else to do this one. Cheers, Al
