Late yesterday evening, a UBB (Un-identified Brown Box) was intercepted mid-flight. The following photographs attempt to document the event. No bubble wrap was harmed. Photos of what we are calling 'The unwrapping'. Photographed by an as-yet unkown indivudual, possibly suffering from the effects of 'brown paper madness', brought on by a long day at work with no deliveries, but surprise surprise... look what 5:50pm brought! This last photos shows what we believe to be an 'obelisk'...some sort of...strange black thing, possibly sent to earth to confuse monkeys. ...Just kidding. I'll get serious now. I was honestly impressed by the way this watch came packaged. Certainly above and beyond what I imagined, and I'm sure a lot better than some large manufacturers out there. Inside this box, was not only a watch, but a wonderfully documented journey of 'construction', in the form of a pictorial CD-ROM. Very cool Al! I'm going to keep the words short and let the pics do the talking... but I'll say this.... Wow!!! I love it! I'm blown away! This watch does have presence, and it sits so nice on the wrist. I just love the thickness of it, and no tapering/bevelling on the case.... perfect! BTW... strap is only temporary, I'll be making my own soon. Thank you for this Al, thank you very much mate, this is awesome!

You are welcome mate! Glad you like it. BTW you are the "guinea pig" so to speak for the new packaging I've been working on - you are the first to get it. Glad you like the pictorial - not something you get from every watch company. Wear this watch in good health! Cheers, Al

I hate firewalls. I can't see the pix. But a big congrats to Urs. It's a beauty as I've had one on my wrist for a few minutes before Al demanded it back. Welcome to the Archery Range (the new club for Archer owners ). Wear it in excellent health.

Thanks guys, for all the kind words. After a day of wear I'm still totally stoked. It's an impressive piece, something Ive been after for a long time. Haven't got any shots yet, but the lume is aweseom on this. The lack of bezel makes it seem HUGE in the dark. It's great! The strap is actually a panerai strap, which I'll swap out once I get mine made, as it's a little big. But it has made me really want a PAM too Amanda, you're welcome to try it on next time I'm down in Melb, i'll bring it along for sure!

I've started selling off straps to put funds towards an Archer actually... won't be long and I'll be ordering one too I figure having about 12 straps to 1 Panerai is going overboard
