The Milus "Merea" is one of the nicest women's automatic watches on the market backed up with pure swiss engineering . Its design is very unique and has won several industry design awards. definitely a must.

Hey!! Its my girlfriends birthday in a few weeks and I would like to buy her a MILUS MEREA TRIRETROGRADE SECONDS SKELETON What do you think? Well, in an attempt to perhaps answer your query, I have to say that the plain stainless version of the watch that I saw on a couple of web sites looks nice and think that it would make a nice watch for a woman who likes a bit of bling. The "jewel" encrusted version is pretty bad - though I don't like the jewel encrusted versions of any maker's watches. However....my radar is always set off when a maker says stuff like "swiss quality movement." This can mean pretty much anything, but in my experience almost always means that it's a base level ETA or Sellita movement or a Chinese knock-off of same. I think for 8,500 swiss francs ($8,150 US), you could get a wayyyy better watch, made by a prominent maker. A Glashütte Original, Omega or ,yes, even a Rolex would outclass any Milus any day of the week. That said, your girlfriend must be very special for you to consider such such an expensive birthday gift. But you can do better than Milus.

Johnny, Johnny, Johnny. There's not enough jewels on it to wear with a Liberace outfit. This watch really goes with lime green Capri pants, a leopard print top and oversized Versacci sunglasses. Underwear optional...but underwear is always optional, isn't it? Ohhh...did I say that out loud? -Ben
