Breaking: Rolex AD sued for racketeering

It's a mess of Rolex's own making. Their production not keeping up with demand limited supply resulting increased demand, which changed the grey market from discounters to profiteers. With all the demands they make of their ADs to spend 100's of thousands of $$ to remodel and then give them limited supply of watches to sell to the public, the grey market makes more sense.

It's a true shame what's happened with this brand and it's affiliates / AD's. I'm sure as times goes on we'll learn a lot more about similar situations elsewhere or more about this groundbreaking case.
