Nice, congratulations! Is that from eBay or one of the CDN online retailers? I’ve been thinking about adding a second Sami to my collection. I like the special edition Manta Ray or Shark version.

Nice, congratulations! Is that from eBay or one of the CDN online retailers? I’ve been thinking about adding a second Sami to my collection. I like the special edition Manta Ray or Shark version. muckymark - Thanks! I shared the listing link with you via PM. They've got 4 more in stock, and the best price on eBay. Not sure if they're an AD but a local place near the airport I fly out of has them. I've come to like the process of having these delivered to my door, absolutely thrilled for this! You’re on a roll! I’ve had the blue lagoon for years now, great watch. Congratulations! CHIP Thanks! Getting what I can where possible for my collection. Seiko holds a special place for me and this one checks all the boxes. I've debated the SKX007 for a while and could never justify that one. This however, as aforementioned is ideal. Incredibly versatile, as it would look perfect in any setting, and all the design elements one could ever hope for. I'm excited to see the dial in person and the case seems very refined in the best possible way. For $374 USD plus shipping there's nothing out there better than this in my opinion. Seiko always amazes me at what they're able to achieve.

Baco Noir - Thanks! Certainly nothing like it in my collection (dial wise). Can just imagine how it'll look in various settings.

Thanks, Bernie! Same, having those that way made the watch even more versatile to me. Nothing wrong with a 4 o clock crown position, but this seems a tad less sporty in that sense, in a good way.

Completely blown away by this piece, wow. I wasn't expecting this in the best possible way. Wish I had gotten one sooner, but better late than never. Also glad it's the made in Japan version too. This watch will be kept in my collection with all others for life.

rw16610 sorry for the late reply. Been taking a bit of a "holiday" lately. So I have been out of the loop as far as watches go. This is a great addition to your collection! Really liked the video as well, pointing all the details and differences between the King and regular Samurai. Particularly like the waffle dial, and the cyclops is a great touch as well. Particularly great bang-for-buck. Very impressed! Also a large piece, but the short lugs make it very wearable. Congratulations! And enjoy it in your collection for years to come! Cheers, Carl

carl Thanks! I'm so glad I got the one, it's truly fulfilling. Everything someone could want out if a dive watch. The ceramic looks remarkable in person, I'm still blown away. Albeit big, it does wear well. Wears a lot smaller than my Planet Ocean Chronograph and is a versatile piece. It looks good dresses up or dressed down, and although I've got a collection, I like having watches that can do everything. Just last week I was at a local hotel and took the Breitling for a swim. I like this Seiko as a watch to wear on holidays to beach destinations. No worries of the bezel getting scratched up or faded over time and if I wanted to go somewhere nice for lunch or dinner it's perfect and won't feel out of place like some of the more hardcore divers from Seiko or even Citizen.
