I find it so satisfying to see the service and restoration process carried out on watches. The story behind this one is fantastic and to see it so well preserved after being restored is amazing.
That era of bracelets were prone to stretching due to the design but are clearly incredibly durable. When properly cared for these things will go on for an incredibly long time.

I’ll have to watch this later. I’ve seen before and after photos but never a video. Just got back to the RV and watched it. Man, that’s a labor of love. Can’t imagine the amount of hours that took. Way more than servicing a movement I imagine.
