Yeah, Jim - you're right about that. I almost gagged when my guy said $7,100.00. There's no getting around the fact that these watches are true luxuries. I don't really have a problem convincing the "Chairperson of the Board" (my bride that I need an $800.00 Hamilton PW - or even an $1,800.00 Omega AT.

The $7K Rolex was a different matter though. ;D

Same here Pat, when I start discussing watches that cost thousands, the wife sours real quick on them. She doesn't understand the cost and doesn't want to.

Funny thing I used always want a TT Sub but when I discovered the price and the hollow links, there was no way I was gonna buy it for that price.
