There is a long and good story behind this watch. I have never worn it and I am ashamed of that.

Mine was given to me by a student that nobody believed in. I worked hard with him before and after class when everybody thought that he was going to fail. Well... I did not accept that. And after a lot of hard work and coaching he became a top performer. And he gave me that as a gift because "he saw how much I love watches". He said "I know it's not much, and I know you might never wear it, but I really wanted to give you this as a thank you for believing in me when nobody else did."
and that's the story... And me... I am a vain, materialistic...two tone hater SOB that never ever put it on the wrist....

Your right Chip, it's not the most beautiful or expensive timepiece but it has gained more than it's intrinsic value to you at this point. Sentiment has it's value too, I'd wear it with a long sleeve shirt. No really, I'd wear it proudly!

I got another, my favorite old work horse, she's been beat to death and still is the most accurate autonomous watch I own, only the Waveceptor is better and not by much! COSC, don't make me laugh!
