Just out of curiousity - what does the forum regard as being a frugal watch? i.e. under £100.00 ($175.00) or whatever? Thanks - Neil.

I guess everyone's idea of "frugal" is different. I tend to consider it under $300.

I think its any watch you don't even have to consider asking the wife if its ok.

I think its any watch you don't even have to consider asking the wife if its ok. Good in theory....but how many non-frugal watches do we try to squeak by? My wife had no idea about my GMTII or PO until either the UPS guy showed up or the credit card company called to verify the charge.

I would consider the "high end" of frugality to be around 500 USD.
