Got a second package from Hong Kong today this time from Ray Wong aka watchesu571 on Ebay. Initial impressions are good. I'll tell you all more after I get to know it a little better and shoot some better pics. Wow, two new ones in three days. I'm having fun.

Very nice. Screw down crown? How is the quality compared to Alpha?

I like it Warren. Did it come on that NATO? Yes it did and it's nicer than the Bond NATO on my Swiss Army Lancer that I paid twenty bucks for. I only paid 38 for this whole watch. Go figure.

Very nice. Screw down crown? How is the quality compared to Alpha? The first thing I noticed is how well the screw down worked. I think my Alphas are overall a little bit nicer. The bezel is a little bit sloppy but overall I'm favorably impressed.

It seems like NATOs are hit or miss. I ordered a black NATO and a Bond NATO from the same guy. My Bond NATO is really nice....the black one is stiffer and overall just seems crappier (for lack of a better word).

Aaron, I don't think it's sapphire here's the sellers description if it were I'm sure he'd mention it, must be just mineral glass.
This is a brand new automatic submariner watch which made of solid stainless steel material case in 40mm, with webbing strap, lugs are 20mm. With a firmly 0-60 uni-directional rotating bezel. Nice Mercedes hands in luminova over the clean and cool black luminous dial. It drives with a precision Japanese Miyota 21J automatic shock-resistance movement. Water resistant up to 10 ATM (330ft.).
