Not trying to hijack the thread, but what happened to your avatar Warren? I changed it! I thought I would try to be more mysterious, it's still me only in an even less recognizable form and it makes me look thinner!

Thanks Pat, that makes a lot of sense. Could it be that good craftsmanship also contributed to their longevity because the fit and finish of some of these old pieces is amazing. That's true, Warren. Around the turn of the 20th Century, American watchmakers were crafting some of the finest watches ever made. Here are a couple more close-ups . . . I think I'm done now. I can really get worked up over these pocket watches! Pat
