Boeing is not a big winglet user (with the exception of the 737-800 747-400, and the plane in your image is none of those) so I was inclined to say Airbus. The design of the wing though kinda rules out Airbus, and it also leads me to believe that it is a small airplane twin jet with fuselage mounted engines. (or a really small wing mounted twin prop but i doubt that one) From that point on, there are just too many choices. In can be Embraer, Saab, ATR, Bombardier... etc
OK. No idea.
