Hi, Al. You're absolutely correct. That piece is nowhere near as legible or quickly read as the dark dial watches. That said, even though it takes more than a very quick glance to read it, the watch is IMHO so darn beautiful the short delay doesn't bother me at all. I enjoy staring at this one anyway. The other contradiction is that even with that "busy" dial the watch just appears to be very clean to me. On the black croco strap, I enjoy wearing this piece as a "dress" watch. It seems to be a fairly photogenic watch also. Thanks for your comments.
