Had this one out of the vault, Very nice Mike! Question: Does Rolex stock the "red" dials if you decided to swap it out If not, what do they do if the dial needs to be replaced

Had this one out of the vault, Very nice Mike! Question: Does Rolex stock the "red" dials if you decided to swap it out If not, what do they do if the dial needs to be replaced Jeff, many REDs had their dials changed during normal service back in the day. Usually that ment a white tritium dial back in the day. Today IF RUSA would service the watch (doubtful, but some have managed to get it done), it would mean a white luminova replacement dial. A RED luminova dial does exist and has been used across the pond, but RUSA will tell you there's no such animal--go figure. Photo I believe from BJSONLINE, New York refused mine, but thankfully Dallas came through. The next time I'll have to go with one of the very trusted watchmakers that do amazing work in the vintage community.
