I have had this watch over 5 years. I changed the battery on it about 10 days ago. Worked fine. I normally keep it on my bedside locker as it is so visible at night. Yesterday morning I woke up to find it had lost 10 mins. ::)I reset it and tried again last night and it lost 10 mins again. The battery I put in was brand new. Can't think why its playing up. Anyone here have any ideas? Stevie

Hi Steve - you said you have owned this for 5 years, but did you purchase it new? In other words, is it 5 years old or older?
Normally losing time is not a symptom of a bad battery, but of a problem in the gear train of the watch. Most likely the watch needs to be serviced.
Do you have any idea what the movement is inside?
Cheers, Al

Cheers, Al I think your right with the gear train Al. The 15 mins loss is always at night, so it might be the date change period. It didn't cost much, so I might 'bottom drawer' it for a while.
