Baco Noir "3) go full baller mode and get the RG Rootbeer GMT". It is stunning, and one of the very few GMT models I have managed to see in real life. I have seen it a couple of times at my AD. While I realize that jealousy is one of the ugliest human traits, I will do my best to simply feel very, very happy for you if you settle on that one! I actually tried on both yellow gold and red gold Day Dates, and was really pleasantly surprised how little "bling" the Everose has. Good luck in your decision!!

Well, I just sent an email to Peter to see if Rolex is still filling the existing orders for 116619LB’s or if not if I could be in for one of the early 126619LB’s since I’ve had a deposit down for 9 months. Not sure what to do if they don’t fill the 116619LB orders honestly. With the black dial, the 126619LB won’t look too different than my BLNR. I had all but forgotten that you had the deposit/order in for the Sub. You are right, the new one is too much like your BLNR. In that case, you are likely better just keeping the BLNR. Just my opinion, but it's a lot of money to be spent on a white gold watch, at least the 116619LB had the blue dial. It will be interesting to see if any/many current orders for the various Sub models are going to get filled. Ever thought about the Sea Dweller?

Probably best to see if you can flog on Craig’s list. Might get a few hundred for that old thing. 😂 I reckon I’ll at least break even! I think quite a few people are still on the wait list for it. I know at my AD one of the guys has one, and he said they still have a lot of folks waiting.

All Submariners updated with new movement, 41mm, new more tapered lugs. Kermit is back, black dial with blue bezel in white gold introduced. It's all here: www.watchonista.com/articles/novelties/rolex-releases-upsized-submariner-updated-movement-and-new-color-ways"The newly released Submariners also bring changes to the color combinations available in the collection. The long-rumored discontinuation of the all-green ref. 16610LV a.k.a. “Hulk” has been realized, as well as the discontinuation of the white gold ref. 116619LB a.k.a. “Smurf.” Both pieces have been discontinued in favor of updated models with black dials, new movements, and redefined case dimensions." Good job, I would say. If you can get your hands on one!

priamo Perfect! You didn't have to choose a watch today. That is a beauty, kind of a pie-pan dial.

Ha! "Out of Stock". I have seen the teaser many times, and that is the first thought that came to mind. Nevertheless, I am curious to see what Tuesday will bring. Really hard to guess what Rolex will do, I never seem to get it right. My thoughts are, after the latest Yachtmaster from last year, is that if there is a new Sub of some kind, it could very possibly be in precious metal, likely white gold. But who knows? . I pretend to not give a damn, but I know I will be awake very early Tuesday morning anyway!

Lovely in it's simplicity, and the orange seconds hand sure pops on that dial!

Bremont Broadsword on OEM black Temple Island Rubber Strap. A lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. I actually like the stiffness, as I can wear the watch loose and the strap holds it in place really well. As far as rubber goes in this summer heat, my wrist sweats profusely anyway with a leather strap. Have yourselves a great weekend, and try not to lose too much sleep over what Rolex will unveil on Tuesday! Cheers, Carl
