Don't forget the pictures! And did I mention pictures? Don't ever bring that subject up with the forum moderators on the rolexforums. They don't want photos from me, that's for sure. This ain't the rolexforums! And I'm glad of that.

My new gold Submariner-Date is on its way from my out of state AD to me today. The AD is sending me the watch coffin, appraisal certificate and everything else that comes with the watch. It should arrive next week via the United States Postal Service registered mail.

I think more likely it will arrive in two weeks, especially with USPS registered mail traveling cross country.

That's not too bad, the anticipation is all part of the experience. After waiting what will likely feel like a long two weeks it'll be that much better once that watch gets on your wrist!

The AD told me the price on that watch is going up another $2,000.00 pretty soon.

Maybe with the coming price increase, I will be able to unload my TT Sub.

Maybe with the coming price increase, I will be able to unload my TT Sub. Or just lower the price to move it at a realistic price since you saved a bundle by using a great price from a trusted AD to get an even lower price from your previous AD.

I think more likely it will arrive in two weeks, especially with USPS registered mail traveling cross country. When I buy a brand new Omega from my dealer, he overnights it to me, via FedEx, fully insured, sig required, before I even pay him for it. I can't imagine waiting two weeks for such a major acquisition.

I've only used USPS Registered Mail to ship to RUSA Dallas and they shipped it back to me FedEx overnight.
