Just arrived last night. It's here and I absolutely love it! The retro vibe is pure awesome. Thank you for the recommendation Chip! New SNKN37 from the Recraft Collection. I am out of control...

Congrats Brad! I like that one myself and I just can't think of a better watch for that money! Thanks Rob, Aquajoe & Chip! Not that wild about the Seiko factory strap. I'm looking at some Hadley Roma gators. What do you guys think? Lighter brown or darker brown?

katgirl said the same thing about the factory strap. I think the light one is more versatile and it will go with more clothes. That's a 22mm right?

Dang. I'd try it on a panerai style strap! Like a distressed tan?

Look at panatime.com for some inexpensive panerai style straps. I think a 24 -24 PAM style would look good.

I was leaning towards the light one too. If it's too light, I can always treat it with some 'antiquing' too bring in richer color.

Very nice, Brad. The Rekraft collection is super cool! I also prefer the lighter color. The supplied strap tapers to 20mm, which is good for me, but you could totally do a straight up PAM strap. This strap isn't too bad, quality wise, but I would prefer a lighter color, as well. Chip, the Seiko strap I complained about was on the green dial Alpinist. I switched it out, immediately. It felt like cardboard, which is surprising, because it's a more expensive model.

I have the green dial Rekraft and it came on the SS bracelet which is actually pretty nice. The dial color reminded me of the old Zodiacs and I love the cushion case too.
Congrats Brad!
