Pete I hope the red text stays. If they make a red sub, I’ll sell a kidney and get one.

Pete I hope the red text stays. If they make a red sub, I’ll sell a kidney and get one. Do it with a matte dial like the YM and a matte bezel and I'm all in.

Funny you should mention the dial mate. The SDs dial is a treat. Glossy in the shade and matte in sunlight. Never had a dial look like this before. Best of both worlds👍

BLNR on jubilee is the only Rolex model of those I can believe. A TT SD would be shocking! I could see them doing the black dial version of the BB bronze for Tudor too, but the rest of them - I doubt it. Rolex Passion Report seems to spitball ideas and hope they get one right.

I really agree, after looking at all those "pics". The BLNR does make sense, and I can see the updated movement in previous models that didn't yet get it. Oysterflex on some models would be nice as well. One thing is for certain: tomorrow at this time, we will all know!

Philip has done a lot of great articles, especially on vintage models but he takes a pure stab in the dark each year with his predictions.

Apologies to Philip. His info this year was spot on. Loose lips at Rolex.
A two tone SD.
Never thought I’d see the day.😳
